Swimming suits have come a long way in design from the early 1950’s from being a one piece neck to knee suit to a modern and stylish one piece or bikini. Black or grey was the colour of the day in the 50’s but now it is bright and pastel colours.

Swimming suits come in all sorts of varieties and have a purpose in mind. Swimming suits consist of racing suits for competition, lazing by the pool in your backyard to socialising and mixing it with friends around at a pool party.

One such technique in building a woman’s self esteem is to purchase a swimming suit they would normally not dream of wearing. Buy the swimming suit and head down to the beach with a close friend for support and work on becoming comfortable in this surrounding. This can be described as conditioning, feeling comfortable, understanding that everything is all right and self esteem soars with little to no effort.
